Terri Brownell has replaced Linda Prior at the Kettle River Museum in Midway, who was manager for six years but has decided it was time for a change in her summer routine. Brownell brings a background in business administration, history and art to the job, having had formal training in business and graphics and an enjoyment of history as a hobby.

The museum is now open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through the end of August, when they will keep the same hours Friday through Sunday only.
