Tree lighting heralds festive season

One of the Greenwood Board of Trade's signature events each year is the Christmas Tree light up.

Last year and this

Last year and this, Mother Nature has taken the Greenwood Board of Trade Christmas tree light-up ceremony as her signal to plunge the Boundary into the deep freeze. A healthy number of well-bundled residents, young and old, turned out to see Santa and Mrs. Claus plug in the power for the tree lights in the McArthur Centre parking lot on Saturday evening. Hot chocolate and hot dogs were provided by the Board of Trade.
