With gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Svea. At peace, she quietly left this life and will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Gail (Gordon), Lynne and Ruth (Pat), her son Eddie (Darlene), brother Evy (Martha) and sister Daphne. Deeply missed by her eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, as well as her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family & friends. Svea was predeceased by her husband Ed, brother Raymond and her parents Hilda and Werner Johnson. Our sincere thanks to the caring staff at Dufferin Place in Nanaimo, friends and family for the love, care and friendship you faithfully shared with Svea. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
