April 18, 1950 – April 4, 2014
On Friday April 4, 2014, Gail Ann Manson of Midway, BC passed away peacefully after a long illness surrounded by family at the Central Okanagan Hospice in Kelowna at the age of 63 years. She was predeceased by her mother Virginia Uphill and daughter Angela Williamson. Gail will be fondly remembered by her loving family including her father William Thomas Uphill; her daughters Jodi Klein and Kristian Jill Baker; her grandchildren Sean Manson, Kena Manson, Callie Williamson, Emmalee Williamson, Jack Williamson, Wyatt Lasai, Garret Klein, William Baker and Dylan Baker. Gail spent her childhood in the Boundary area but moved on to various locations including twenty years in London, England before returning to Midway to be closer to family. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday April 11, 2014 at the Midway Cemetery. Donations are gratefully accepted for the West Boundary Elementary Breakfast Program.
