RCMP had a busy day last Sunday when they were again called to Jewel Lake for a report of a theft of a blue Yamaha ATV.
The ATV, as well as some tools, was stolen from an unlocked shed. That same day police received a report of a vehicle theft from Anaconda.
Sometime during the night a red 1991 Chev S10 with B.C. plate EL0656 was stolen from a residence. The keys had been left in the ignition. This truck has not yet been recovered.
And again on Sunday, RCMP received a report of a break in to a shed in Anaconda. The break-in occurred between 2:30 and 4:30 a.m. and numerous power tools were stolen as well as a blue compressor.
