Mount Baldy may re-open

West Boundary skiers are excited for two reasons this year - snow is coming and Mt. Baldy may reopen.

G-Force Real Estate Inc., the court approved marketing agent under a foreclosure action to sell most of the assets of Mount Baldy Ski Resort, announced last week that it has assembled the required pieces to the puzzle to re-launch the ski hill for the upcoming season.

“All that remains is to is to fit each of the pieces together quickly over the next few days so a final announcement can be made,” said a press release issued by G-Force.

The release went on to say the prospective new owner expects to announce season passes and other programs in the next few days.
