Castlegar RCMP say they have arrested a Rossland man accused of causing extensive property damage with his spray painting.

Police apprehended 39-year-old Kyle Hahn, who has been charged with mischief and released on bail conditions, according to a statement released by the detachment Oct. 25.

"The police investigation determined similarities among many of these incidents and in interviewing witnesses and reviewing security footage, a suspect and an associated vehicle were identified."

Hahn allegedly caused property damage during a three-month span. Police say in one incident a large vehicle that was spray painted received an estimated $80,000 in damages.
