Mercury rises, pool opens

The Greenwood swimming pool has opened for the 2013 season, Red Cross swim lessons, AquaFit, swim club and public swimming.

The Greenwood swimming pool opened for the season on June 29th and it didn’t take long for the place to fill up.

Schedules are available at city hall and in many stores through the city.

Anyone living west of Ingram Bridge can contact Steve Stewart, Kettle River Recreation at 250-449-2467 for information about an available $35 subsidy.
