Hugs and Slugs – Oct. 17

If you have a hug or a slug, we’d like to hear it. Simply email with your short quips, compliments or complaints.

Anybody out there? No one sent any hugs or slugs in this week!

I am just the reporter here. It’s not really in my job prescription to make these things up. If that were the case they would belong on the editorial page- right?

Come on people—when you have a hug or a slug to share then jot it down and give us an email or a call.

If it’s a hug—the recipient might well get a welldeserved boost in their day.

If it’s a slug—you will get the benefit of no longer having to be bothered by that particular resentment.

You can put it out of your mind—like I am right now.

Slugs: To the people who don’t send in their hugs and slugs.

If you have a hug or a slug, we’d like to hear it. We will print the anonymous submissions for all to see. Be honest, but all we ask is that you keep it tasteful. Editor’s discretion will always be exercised. Simply email with your short quips, compliments or complaints; or you may drop them off at 318 South Copper Street in Greenwood.
