Auction raises bursary funds

The last weekend of April each year the Greenwood Legion hosts an evening fun night - with proceeds topping up their scholarship fund.

Solange Jacob stands with prizes donated to the Legion Fun Night auction. The annual event raises funds for the Legions’ scholarship and bursary fund. Conflicting events on the same date this year kept the attendance down a bit—so they remind everyone of their meat draw every Saturday at 3 p.m.
