Heaven, here I come!
Reunited with husband, Vernon, son John, grandson Jonathan, and all the family members and many friends she out-lived in her 106+ years, Constance Marion Vail (nee Sayers) slipped into eternity to meet Jesus, her Lord and Saviour, Tuesday, June 6, 2017. What a celebration there must be as she is welcomed ‘Home’!
Left to mourn her passing, son, Raymond (UK) and daughter Mary, are blessed by the heritage Connie bestowed. A fun-loving lady, she lived life with joy, prayer and song.
Stories, memories and photographs of this matriarch will be treasured by six grandchildren, their partners and ten great-grandchildren.
Affectionately cared for by the staff of Christina Lake Manor, Connie lived at Hardy View Lodge for the past eighteen months.
A service of Committal was held Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the Grand Forks Funeral Home. Friends and family will be invited to share a celebration of her long life at a later date. Connie’s ashes will be interred in the grave of her husband, Milford-on-Sea, UK.
